They Drive Me Crazy! Training Across Generations

This engaging program for audiences that include all generations asks how in the world Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers, and Millennials can work together successfully in and out of the classroom. And what makes the Millennials different from every other green generation who entered the workforce before them? More importantly, why should trainers or companies care? Millennial turnover is currently 70% every two years, so their expectations for the workplace and their professional development can no longer be ignored!

Meet Cara Crescendo Strategies:

Cara Silletto, MBA, is the Founder and President of Crescendo Strategies, a company committed to reducing unnecessary employee turnover for clients across the country by bridging generational gaps and making leaders more effective in their roles. Cara sits in a sweet spot for her specialty of bridging the generational divide, because she is an early Millennial, born in 1981, yet she is equipped with an MBA and more than 12 years of experience learning the unwritten expectations of older managers. Cara was named a Game Changer by “Workforce Magazine” in Chicago, and is a co-author of the 2015 book, What’s Next in HR. She is also the current President of the Kentuckiana Chapter for ATD in Louisville.

The program will be held at the One America headquarters in downtown Indianapolis, in the Lower Level Education Center. Please meet in the main lobby and someone will escort you to the room! (map)

Parking Process at OneAmerica

1. Print Parking Pass

• Please place this printable parking pass on your dashboard. 

2. Enter off of Capital Ave.

• Parking Lot gate is open from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. for arrival.
•  For those arriving after 8 a.m., buzz the security gate and identify yourself with the ATD – CIC.
• Parking Lot gate is opened from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. for departure.

3. Park on Top

• Parking for professional events is available on the Top Level (6th floor) of the Parking Garage only*.

4. Take elevator to third floor skyway.

5. Meet in main lobby by large monitor at end of hallway. (You will pass the coffee shop and gift shop)

6. ATD – CIC Program Event committee members will take it from there.
