It's an interesting moment in one's career when you receive a mass voicemail at 7 am in the morning from your CEO sharing that your company will be announcing within the hour that they have been acquired in what many will call a "historical acquisition." Get a behind the scenes look at what has transpired over the past two years as Salesforce acquired Indianapolis based ExactTarget from the view of a training department.

In this session, participants will learn the following about the role of a training team during times of organizational change:

• What decisions need to be made?
• How does a training group begin to think about their new world?
• What can be the training department’s role in an acquisition?
• How do you maintain planning, execution, and measurement in a time of so much uncertainty?
