Session Description
Resiliency is a much-admired trait among teams and leaders. First and foremost, resiliency is a survival competency. It's the ability to adapt to stressful circumstances and to bounce back from adverse events. Organizational changes, personal life stuff, supply chain issues, and personnel shortages - the list is endless. But where's the limit? Can "Resiliency Fatigue" be real? There can be a ceiling to how much anyone can take before they're depleted. If you're living in survival mode, even the most resilient person will get worn down. We’re consistently told you’ve got to be strong; you’ve got to be hard core; you’ve got to grind it out.

What if innovation were easier?
Imagine if people could work at their full potential and collaborate to create novel solutions to some of the world’s biggest issues?
One of the biggest challenges facing leaders of life science organizations is how to foster sustainable cultures that enable innovation and lead to both scientific and business success.
In Taming the Culture Tiger, Dr. Kate Price dispels the notion that humans and culture are separate from business and strategy. She guides leaders to develop a deep understanding of people—how they think, feel, and act, and why they embrace or resist change. She demonstrates how people and culture are inextricably woven into the fabric of every aspect of your unique organization and are essential to your innovation strategy and success. By connecting psychological theory and elements of successful cultures, you will quickly embrace the complexity of culture and develop simple solutions to create sustainable change.
This is a book that challenges you to become a leader who inspires transformation and can take your team and organization on the journey toward success.
