Meet the facilitator, Julie Kratz

Julie Kratz is founder of Help Your Team Grow. Help Your Team Grow’s purpose is to develop leaders and coach mid-career women to build winning career game plans. Business leaders that invest in their leadership teams and mid-career women often see better business results with higher productivity, quality, and lower turnover.

As a new mother at her mid-career, Julie started her own business and wrote Pivot Point: How to Build a Winning Career Game Plan. After 11 years of success in corporate America, she saw a need to develop leaders and proactively coach career development. In a series of interviews with everyday high potential leaders, Julie found that very few have a career game plan, and those that have a plan have an 80% higher success rate.

Session Details:

7:30 - 8:00 a.m. Registration and Networking

8:00 - 9:30 a.m. Presentation

9:30 - 10:00 a.m. Open Networking

The program will be held at the One America headquarters in downtown Indianapolis, in the Lower Level Education Center. Please meet in the main lobby and someone will escort you to the room! (map)

Parking at OneAmerica

1. Print Parking Pass

• Please place this printable parking pass on your dashboard. 

2. Enter off of Capital Ave.

• Parking Lot gate is open from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. for arrival.
• For those arriving after 8 a.m., buzz the security gate and identify yourself with the ATD – CIC
• Parking Lot gate is opened from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. for departure.

3. Park on Top

• Parking for professional events is available on the Top Level (6th floor) of the Parking Garage only*.

4. Take elevator to third floor skyway.

5. Meet in main lobby by large monitor at end of hallway- Look for the ATD-CIC Welcome Sign. (You will pass the coffee shop and gift shop)

6. ATD – CIC Program Event committee members will take it from there.

*For safety reasons, the top level of the parking garage is closed during snow events. While we don't anticipate any snow in July- it's Indiana- we'll just leave it at that.
