Angela will discuss how Pitney Bowes partnered together with Center for Creative Leadership to create a rich and  meaningful leadership program delivered completely virtual. This session will provide best practices and lessons learned for creating and delivering a completely virtual leadership development program for mid-level leaders.

Meet Angela:

Angela is a Strategic Learning, Leadership Development and Talent Management professional with over 15 years of experience designing, deploying and directing Learning, Leadership, Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives. She has worked as a consultant, manager, and coach in the various roles she has served throughout her career. Angela has experience working in the agricultural, consumer packaged goods, banking/finance, sales, and healthcare industries. She has worked for companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and JP Morgan Chase, and consulted with companies such as Pfizer, Monsanto, John Deere, Disney, and a host of other Fortune 100 and 500 companies. She currently serves as a Senior Consultant of Leadership and Organizational Performance at Pitney Bowes.
 
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University-Bloomington in Business, and has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.  She is currently working toward a second Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from St. Louis University. Angela also holds several Human Resources, Coaching,  Instructional Design and Web-Based Training and E-Learning certifications.
