Creative Thinking: Helping the Overwhelmed Client Make Better Decisions

May 14, 2018

All to often, executives and leaders today are burned out, overwhelmed, and feel they have no time to access their creative side.    Since effective decision-making requires an "integrated" brain, how do we help these leaders make more effective decisions?

This presentation and discussion will help participants to be able to:

  • Assist clients in valuing and accessing their own creativity
  • Guide clients as they unblock and unleash their creativity for more effective decision-making and success

Meet the Facilitator:

Fredi Baker, MCC works with coaches, creative entrepreneurs and small businesses in all stages of their development.  She received her Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coaches Federation (ICF) in 2006. She graduated from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) in 2001 as a Certified Professional Coach and served as president of her local ICF chapter for two years. Previously, she worked extensively in professional theater as a production director, marketing consultant and costume designer, and remains inspired by the creative innovations that happen there on a daily basis.
