Talent Development Essentials | ATD-CIC Community of Practice

4th Friday of the Month

 Friday, October 23, 2020

Open to Members and Non-Members

8:00am - 9:00 a.m.

The Talent Development Essentials Community of Practice is for people who have been given responsibilities related to developing and/or delivering training within their organizations and are looking for a greater understanding of the Talent Development profession.  You don’t need to have “Training”  in your title.   If this sounds like you, this is a great place to connect with other professionals interested in learning more about our industry!

This month's meeting topic: Your Development Goals: Immediate, Short-term, Long-term

In this session, we will review the new ATD Capability Model and discuss what the change means to the Talent Development profession. This session will review all 3 domains of the model; participants will discuss their own organizational, professional and personal development goals. Additionally, participants will share their current work projects and challenges, as well as an action plan to continue their individual development journey between meetings.

Whether you are an ATD-CIC member or not, please join us - all are welcome!

This discussion will be facilitated by Michelle Baker, AVP - Organizational Development, FORUM Credit Union/ATD-CIC board member.  Please contact Michelle directly for questions or more information about this Community of Practice - michelle.baker@forumcu.com .

This is a virtual meeting - you will receive Zoom access information prior to the session.

Time:  8:00am - 9:00 a.m.

Discussion Leader:  Michelle Baker - michelle.baker@forumcu.com
