TD Think Tank | Networking & Discussion for Senior-level Talent Development Leaders

The TD Think Tank is a Community of Practice for senior-level Talent Development leaders in Central Indiana. This informal discussion group will provide a connection opportunity for leaders to discuss industry trends, issues and challenges affecting leaders, teams and organizations in today's ever-changing workplace.

Participants will walk away with fresh ideas and new perspectives to solve real-world Talent Development leadership challenges, as well as strengthening their networks with fellow leaders.

Ideal audience: Experienced Talent Development/HR professionals who are responsible for the learning function and serve in a senior leadership role (eg: Director, Vice President, C-level) in their organization.

Participation is open to both ATD-CIC members and non-members.

Note: As much as we love our industry consultants and experts, this is not a group for consultants to "connect" with decision makers!
