Topic: Onboarding and the Great Resignation

We’re in a unique time as businesses across industries are dealing with what has been called the Great Resignation. This opens up new opportunities to approach and re-think onboarding. It is more critical than ever that new employees have positive first impressions as well as learn new skills and how to navigate new organizations quickly.

From SHRM- we have the 4 C’s of onboarding: compliance, clarification,  culture and connection. In this month’s session, we’ll be talking about culture and onboarding.
