Join us on Friday, May 29th, for a session led by Kiana Butcher, Guiding Purpose Coaching & Consulting about the connection between emotional intelligence and transformational coaching. Presenter Bio:

Kiana Butcher is the founder of Guiding Purpose Coaching & Consulting, where she guides leaders and women through meaningful growth rooted in values, purpose, and self-awareness. With 15+ years of leadership experience and training in social work, coaching, emotional intelligence, and change management, she brings both insight and heart to her work.

Kiana is deeply passionate about walking alongside women—especially mothers—as they navigate the complexity of caring for others while learning not to lose themselves. She creates spaces that invite reflection, clarity, and realignment, helping women reconnect with who they are beyond their roles and move forward with intention, compassion, and confidence.
