Jerel McShane joins the Franklin Covey Productivity team with over fifteen years of learning & development, sales & marketing and project management experience. With a career spanning multiple industries, including wholesale distribution, telecommunications, real estate and marketing, Jerel brings a wide range of experience to his delivery. Clients and colleagues appreciate his ability to deliver content that is both practical and relevant. His enthusiasm and passion for helping others change behaviors and implement processes makes Jerel a powerful consultant.

Jerel’s most recent experience involved the development, delivery and successful execution of training to franchise owners across the AlphaGraphics’ network of more than 250 locations. During his tenure he served as Learning & Development Consultant, Marketing Manager and Training Manager.

Prior to AlphaGraphics, Jerel held regional and national leadership roles in training with ZipRealty, a top 10 real estate brokerage in the U.S. at the time. During his tenure at ZipRealty, he personally trained, mentored and coached more than 500 agents - many of whom became top producers and leaders within the company.

In addition to his many accomplishments, Jerel had a successful career in the communications industry, coaching and training for Verizon Wireless. He has been a member of the International Franchising Association, the Direct Marketing Association, the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and The EcSell Institute.

Jerel is highly proficient in a variety of technology platforms. He is certified in multiple productivity offerings from Franklin Covey, and has also received certifications from the Direct Marketing Association and ASTD. Jerel currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah. He loves traveling, spending time with friends and family and being outdoors as often as possible.
