As organizations adapt to frequent changes in the market and workforce demographics, they must also shift to a more decentralized, collaborative, and holistic talent strategy. The most critical component of this transition comes from Talent Mobility, and an organization’s readiness and commitment to move its talent where it can best benefit the business. Talent Mobility increases engagement, provides transparency, grows productivity, fosters knowledge sharing, improves retention and ultimately restricts talent mismatch and organizational discord; facts that are supported by the original research report conducted by Lee Hecht Harrison and the Human Capital Institute.
Highlights of the session include:
Learn about Talent Mobility strategies that can be implemented in any organization
Disover the three distinct set of behaviors that are essential to Talent Mobility success
Apply the Talent Mobility framework to your own organization to enhance organization effectiveness
