What does process documentation and improvement have to do with training? In this informative session, participants will walk away understanding the roles training and process documentations have in association with a Process Excellence (Process Improvement / Lean Six Sigma) deployment in an enterprise.

Nanette has been practicing Adult Ed for over 16 years for OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc., based in Indianapolis, IN.  Areas of expertise include: instructional design (online and classroom), Process Documentation and Process Excellence Learning.

More recently, Nanette has incorporated the Process Excellence methods of process mapping and validation as part of the analysis phase resulting in improved business practices, documentation, streamlined workflow and processes, as well as consistency for internal and external customers.

Consistent Customer Experience = Process Excellence = Documentation = Education = Sustainment

Nanette has her Master's degree in Adult Education from Indiana University and currently serves on the Board of Directors for ATD-CIC. She has been a member of ATD and ATD-CIC since 2005.

8:00 - 8:15 a.m. Welcome + 2016 State of the Chapter address with ATD-CIC President, MeChelle Callen

8:15 - 9:30 a.m. Presentation

9:30 - 10:00 a.m. Open Networking

Location

The program will be held at the One America headquarters (the tower) in downtown Indianapolis, in the Lower Level Education Center. Please meet in the main lobby and someone will escort you to the room!

Parking Process at OneAmerica

1. Print Parking Pass

2. Place this printable parking pass on your dashboard.

3. Buckle up.  We care about your safety.

4. Enter the parking lot off of Capital Ave.

• Parking Lot gate is open from 7 a.m. – 8 a.m. for arrival, and 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. for departure.
• For those arriving after 8 a.m., buzz the security gate and identify yourself with the ATD–CIC.

5. Park on the Top Level (6th floor) of the Parking Garage.

6. Unbuckle.

7. Take elevator to third floor skyway.

8. Meet in main lobby by large monitor at end of hallway. (You will pass the coffee shop and gift shop)

9. ATD–CIC Program Event committee members will take it from there.
