Deseri works with top-level executives, directors, managers, and business owners to provide transformational coaching, team building support, and leadership development. Her goal is to genuinely connect with people and identify with them in an effort to improve both team and personal effectiveness. Deseri is and accredited facilitator of 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive team, certified in ACCT (Association for Challenge Course Technology) certified and holds a certificate from the Coaching Clinic–Corporate Coach U. She has a bachelor’s degree in small business and entrepreneurship.
With over 20 years of business and Human Resource Management, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Susan brings an array of knowledge and experience solving human relation and interaction issues in the corporate climate to her work as a Talent Development Consultant and Leadership Coach.
Susan’s 15 years of corporate experience include successful Human Resource Leadership roles with Roche Diagnostics and Charles Schwab Incorporated and most recently served 3 years as Director of Talent Development and Organization Development for Defender Direct. In 2014 Susan led Defender Direct to be named the #30 “Best Training Company” in the country in Training Magazine’s annual Top 125 Award competition. In addition she has 10 years of OD and Talent Development Consulting experience in a wide variety of industries and organizations and serves as an adjunct instructor at The University of Indianapolis
Alexandra Rufatto-Perry is Director of Public Speaking and Professional Presence at Accent On Business. She is a nationally certified Speech Language Pathologist with over 16 years of experience in adult neurology and communication. She delights in speaking on the topics of Mastering Your Fear of Public Speaking, Professional Presence for Leaders, and Persuasive Public Speaking. In addition to speaking publically, Alexandra coaches clients individually on becoming exceptional leaders, savvy communicators and thought influencers. She is passionate about teaching professionals how to say what they need and want to say. Alexandra and her husband Clark reside in Noblesville and enjoy spending time with their three children Kayla, Phillip and Carmen.
