Meet Dawn and Paige:

Dawn Wisher, MA, is a Senior Lecturer in Business Communication at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington.  She teaches Business Presentations (undergraduate) and co-teaches Maximum Impact: Increasing Your Effectiveness in the Workplace (online MBA).  Dawn uses applied improvisation when she conducts training on impression management, listening, and presentations.  She has also developed and taught several sections of an 8-week Applied Improvisation course for business students.  She has attended national and regional conferences on applied improvisation to continue her research and learning - and took a class in Indianapolis at Indy Prov and one at Second City in Chicago so she could be the student!

Paige Land, MA, is a Senior Lecturer in Business Communication at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington.  With an undergraduate degree in Speech and Theatre Education and a master's degree in Interpersonal Communication, she has taught theatre and communication sources at the high school and undergraduate level for the last 16 years.  Paige also has extensive experience directing and performing with local theatre companies throughout Terre Haute and Indianapolis.  She is especially interested in using applied improvisation as a way to help students/clients gain confidence and enhance creativity as well as providing training on best practices of developing presentational aids that are visually engaging and audience focused.  With Dawn, she helped develop an 8-week Applied Improv course for business students and has had the pleasure of teaching several iterations of the course.  Paige has also enjoyed taking improv classes at Comedy Sports in Indianapolis and at Second City in Chicago.
