Meet the Facilitator:

Dan Johnson CPC, CNTC is the founder of Performance Masteryand Certified NeuroTransformational Coach and consultant specializing in leadership development, training, executive and team coaching, and workplace performance improvement.  Combiningneuroscience with his expertise in business, performance improvement, and measurable outcomes, Dan uses neuroscience-based coaching, training, and consulting to accelerate outcomes and insight for his clients in large financial institutions, manufacturing, retail, not-for-profit, government, agriculture, and healthcare industries. 

Dan graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.S. from Purdue University in Financial Planning and an M.S. from Indiana University in Instructional Systems Technology.  He earned the Certified Professional Coach designation from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and completed a graduate coach certification in NeuroTransformational Coaching (neuroscience-based coaching) from BeAbove Leadership.  Dan also completed training in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching through the Center for Right Relationship.  Dan served as a chapter president for both the Association for Talent Development Central Indiana Chapter and the Indianapolis Chapter of the International Coach Federation.  An award-winning facilitator known for highly-interactive presentations, Dan taught coaching and leadership at Indiana University where he received the “Instructor of the Year” award.  www.performancemastery.com
