Get Your Career on Track: Skills for Success

Facilitated by Elaine Biech

Friday, January 15th, 2021

Presented Virtually

7:30 - 8:00 a.m. Networking | 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Program

It’s been a year of disruption, upheaval, and confusion. TD professionals have been so busy helping others that some forgot about their own careers. Are you one? Let’s get it back on track. Take control of your own career and focus on YOU now.

Elaine Biech will offer an online session on January 15, 2021 at 8 am Eastern. Elaine’s presentation will tap into her new book, Skills for Career Success, co-published by ATD and Berrett-Koehler. Using some of the 600 proven tactics from the book you’ll identify your preferred career path and take control of moving your career forward.

Using ATD’s new Capability Model as a foundation you’ll see that there's never been a better time to focus on you and your career. Whether you are choosing a new direction, recommitting to your current position, or facing an unplanned move, join your TD colleagues to uncover your passion. Here are a couple of highlights:

  • Apply four dozen questions to uncover your career passion.
  • Design a 5-year vision with tactics to complete after the session.
  • Leave with bonus tools, checklists, and activities you can use for your career journey or to help others.
  • Enter the drawing for several of Elaine’s books including Skills for Career Success.

Where will YOU be five years from today?
