7:30 a.m.:  Networking

8:00 - 10:00 am: Program

Registration

Session Description

In this program, members will engage to imagine and envision the future of the local chapter.  With an understanding of the chapter’s purpose, members will build community while collaborating to define hopes and fears, to create a vision through story boarding, and contributing their key ideas to making this year a success.

The program will be live at Ivy Tech Community College - Indianapolis Campus.  This is an amazing opportunity to network in person with other members while providing input into the chapter’s vision.

As attendees to this program, members will:

  1. Recall the purpose of ATD/CIC for our members
  2. Be introduced to the quadrants of the Medicine Wheel as a tool for collaboration and teaming
  3. Identify the collective hopes and fears for our chapter
  4. Engage and co-create a vision for our local chapter
  5. Nurture and strengthen relationships across our membership

Session Takeaways/Outcomes

Members will have an opportunity to experience the Medicine Wheel as a tool for organizational planning and or problem solving in addition to learning and experiencing simple methods to build authentic community.
