Having a skilled and dedicated person to work all of the controls necessary for a successful online meeting was in high demand. Fast forward to today and it's easier to see how roles have merged. The presenter is often the facilitator and the virtual producer. Technology advancements make this easier. Surprisingly, it does not guarantee a positive experience.
