Session Description
Mental fitness, crucial in today's uncertain world, is the skill of facing life's challenges with a positive mindset. Influenced by Shirzad Chamine's "Positive Intelligence" and insights from neuroscience and positive psychology, this program teaches participants to counter their inner critic and shift towards a constructive mindset.
It includes a PQ Assessment to measure mental positivity and identify personal saboteurs. Through interactive sessions, participants gain tools to break negative thought cycles, enhancing their emotional well-being. Targeted at professionals needing strong interpersonal skills, the training emphasizes self-care and a holistic health approach. Participants also learn client application strategies and receive a 60-day progress check-in, fostering continuous improvement.

What To Expect
