There's a saying, "Volunteering is like an easy chair—easy to get in but hard to get out of."  We speak from experience that volunteering for the ATD-CIC is very fulfilling! Working with like-minded and talented professionals in learning and development is only part of the joy. The rest comes from the magical formula in life: "In giving, we receive."

The ATD-CIC Board of Directors is hosting a virtual open house event for anyone considering a volunteer position within the chapter. Open positions will be described including :

• Scope of responsibilities
• Best fit skills
• Time requirements
• Length of service

There is something for everyone, so please follow your intuition and curiosity to join us and learn more!

AJ Walker is the President-Elect for the ATD-CIC, assuming his role in 2025.
