Utilizing shared articles and a brief video, we will engage in facilitated discussion around the importance of Relational Intelligence and how it can impact our learning environments. For those who are not familiar with Relational Intelligence, it is “the ability to successfully connect with people and build strong, long-lasting relationships.” (article link here).
