Professional L&D Plan
L&D professionals who take charge of their learning and development (L&D) will lead the way in adaptability, innovation, and career growth. This interactive workshop will help participants assess their skillsets, align development goals with future industry trends, and build an advanced draft of a personalized Individual Development Plan (IDP) for 2025. Using the ATD Talent Development Capability Model as the foundation, participants will reflect on their professional growth through the lens of the three key capability areas:

Through data-driven insights, collaborative discussions, and practical exercises, attendees will commit to a near-term and highly relevant learning pathway that aligns with their roles, aspirations, and organizational needs. The workshop will bridge the gap between self-assessment and action, ensuring each participant leaves with an advanced plan for strategic skill development and career growth in 2025.
