Jennifer Hunter, Organization Adoption Strategist Jennifer Hunter is the Co-Founder of Gensyn Design, a strategy and innovation agency, and brings over 20 years of experience in driving organizational transformation by

helping leaders bridge big thinking with practical, actionable strategies. She specializes in guiding teams through complex challenges, equipping them to navigate rapid change and uncertainty.

In addition to Human-Centered Design instruction at the LUMA Institute, Jennifer earned her M.S. from Michigan State University and a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Purdue University. She is passionate about empowering organizations to harness AI as a catalyst for long-term success and helping them develop strategies that leverage the technology as a catalyst for creating new value, increasing competitive advantage, and building organizational capability. Her approach combines strategic and systems thinking with practical problem-solving, fostering adaptability, continuous learning, and strategic doing and experimentation.

Partnering with AI technical experts, Jennifer builds collaborative frameworks and strategies for AI adoption that are particularly valuable for organizations that embrace a learning and growth mindset.
