This training session will focus on enhancing the accessibility and inclusivity of online learning environments. Participants will explore key strategies to ensure their virtual training sessions are accessible to all learners, including those with disabilities. The course will cover best practices for creating engaging and inclusive content. By the end of this session, trainers will be equipped with practical tools and knowledge to design and deliver virtual training that accommodates diverse learning needs and promotes equal participation.

About the Speaker:

Andrew Adeniyi

Andrew, a first-generation Nigerian American from South Bend, Indiana, is the CEO & Founder of AAA Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in workplace culture and DEI training.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University, and a DEI certificate from the University of South Florida.

With over a decade of executive management experience, Andrew has helped numerous clients enhance employee engagement and foster belonging.

Now living near Indianapolis with his wife and three children, he is the author of The Circle of Leadership (2020), an entrepreneurial framework on culture, and The Building Blocks of Belonging (2024), which explores workplace culture and DEI.
