Meet Your Speaker


Randy Wheeler, owner of Wheeler Coaching, helps individuals and teams develop their leadership, improve communication, and strengthen their teams.  He has a Masters in Organizational Leadership, is a Maxwell Leadership Certified DISC Consultant, and a certified Working Genius Facilitator.  He uses this knowledge in combination with the resources he has access to as an Executive Program Leader with Maxwell Leadership to help individuals and teams improve their focus, clarify their strategy, increase their effectiveness, and ultimately their results. He and his wife have three boys and live in Fishers, IN.
