From Ideas to Action:
Harnessing the Six Thinking Hats
In today’s dynamic workplace, the ability to think with clarity and from multiple perspectives is a vital leadership and collaboration skill. This interactive workshop equips Learning and Development professionals with a powerful tool for group decision-making: Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats.
We’ll begin with a brainstorming session focused on improving a workplace process, challenge, or initiative. Using multi-voting, participants will prioritize the top ideas. Then, through guided application of the Six Thinking Hats framework, teams will work through those ideas, evaluating them from emotional, logical, creative, and critical standpoints.
By the end of the session, participants will not only have applied the method but will also walk away with a strategy for introducing and facilitating this approach with their teams and stakeholders.
