LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: The Power of 100% Engagement

For the last program in 2025, we’ll explore LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) - a dynamic, science-backed method for communication, problem-solving, and innovation. Whether you’re an L&D professional, facilitator, coach, or leader, this interactive session will help you discover new ways to unleash creativity, deepen team connection, and elevate engagement in your work.

Using LEGO bricks as a shared language, you’ll learn how 3D visualization, storytelling, and metaphors can help uncover hidden insights, amplify every voice, and spark collective understanding. No LEGO experience required - just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to play seriously.

Virtual Participation Option:

Because this session is highly hands-on and interactive, we’ve designed a creative way for virtual participants to fully join in the fun! Register by Wednesday, November 29th, select “Virtual” as your registration type, and include your mailing address. We’ll send you an LSP kit at no cost so you can fully engage from wherever you are. With guidance from our Virtual Facilitator, you’ll build, share, and connect right alongside in-person participants in real time.
