Tell That Story! Connection through Storytelling
Professionals in training and development roles use stories in a variety of contexts: in their classrooms, in coaching others, and as a change management tool when introducing or explaining new programs or activities to stakeholders. In all of these circumstances, it is essential to “connect” with the listener—and storytelling provides a powerful tool for connecting.
This interactive session provides a neurological research base for the power of story and helps participants craft their own stories for these various applications in the most compelling way.
